Albert Crifaci

Twenty years of experience in the Hospitality industry. As Executive Chef, fourteen years working in the finest restaurants and hotels around the world, and five years as a Private Chef for UHNW families.

Albert was born in Barcelona to an Italian father and a Spanish mother. Chef Albert introduces us to a fused cuisine from various countries where he has been working to enrich his culinary knowledge.

He specializes in the Mediterranean: "Spanish, Italian, and French cuisine," but his culinary expertise also includes Vegan "Plant-Based," Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Farm-to-Table, and Molecular cuisine.

He loves making themed and innovative menus, ensuring the client reaches every culinary craving. Albert always strives to maximize the dining experience by purchasing high-quality products and adding nuances of different flavors in each bite.

In 2004, Chef Albert began his experience in the banquet area with up to 300 guests' receptions. In 2017, he led different operations as a Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples, FL, for events for up to 600 guests and the opening stage at The Ben Autograph Collection in West Palm Beach, FL. Anne Hidalgo-Gato

She was born in Havana, Cuba, surrounded by a loving and recognized professional family. At 17 years old, she was already involved in business analysis with her father. At 21 years old, she had an important position for a Telecommunications company management project for $1.8 M and $1.7 M. Anne graduated in Computer Programming. In Barcelona, she began her Administration and Finance career.

Her passion started in Hospitality Industry when Anne met Albert, and she also learned with him to enjoy eating foods from all over the world and working as Executive Personal Assistant for CEO and UHNW Families.

She is a businesswoman who knows how to make you laugh and give a 5-star service in the restaurant. Anne gives off an energy of sweetness, elegance, and hospitality that will make you feel relaxed and enjoy the pleasure of eating. She will take care of you, listen to your needs, and personalize your service. Anne and her team will always receive you with a warm welcome in EXINN.
